Innoveat’s top priority is to support exhibitors from start to finish; our event process is outlined as follows:
- 1-to-1 discussion with brands (to better understand their objectives).
- Onboarding session with suppliers, instructing them through the platform and issuing a 1-page FAQ document.
- Representatives to be added to Innoveat’s event WhatsApp group, with a guarantee to deal with all queries within 15 minutes.
- Live helpdesk operational throughout the event.
- Subsequent follow-up to ensure the supplier achieved at least 3-5 meetings.
